The Columbia Medical Center, a State Designated Rural Health Center is Located in
Columbia, NC on the Albemarle Sound and only 40 miles from· the vacation center of the
Outer Banks. This clinic is an independent Rural Health Clinic which is part of a state
(not federal) funded community-based not-for-profit organization.
It has been an integral part of the community for over 40 years, providing medical care
to patients of all ages.
We are recruiting a full time FNP or PA provider preferably experience working as a
licensed primary care provider in an outpatient clinic.
